This month I'd like to talk about oil. It's important for the health of our skin. When we're younger, we all have a layer of fat, or lipids, just under our skin. This fat layer tends to get thinner with age, and allows our skin to dry and crack. To support great skin health, it's important to find the right combination of oils, fats, and butters, to apply to your skin and keep it looking young and healthy.
Oils have various densities or viscosities, and finding the right combination of oils is important to your skin health. Over the next few months, we're going to discuss the differences in different oils and how they can help. or hurt, your skin.
